Payment Methods

Paypal

We accept payments through Paypal, a secure system used around the world. You can pay either by credit card or through your Paypal account.

Credit cards accepted are: VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, POSTEPAY, AURA, PAYPAL CARD.

In case of payment through Paypal we will ship within three working days upon receipt of payment.

Bank Transfer

Payment by bank transfer is accepted, and the order will be handled within three working days after receiving the confirmation of the credit.

Cash on delivery

Only the Italian territory, and only for orders not exceeding € 999.00, we accept payments by cash on delivery. This payment method has an extra cost of € 6.00 for each shipment. With this method you will pay the entire amount of the order upon delivery, and the order will be shipped within 3 business days after receipt of order.

Costs and shipping methods

If paying via Paypal or bank transfer, the goods will be shipped within 3 working days upon receipt of payment.

If paying by cash on delivery, the goods will be shipped within 3 working days from receipt of order.

Shipments to Italy

Shipments to Italy are handled by SDA / Italian Post Office.
Delivery on the Italian territory is generally within 3-4 working days.

Shipments to the United States

Shipments to the United States are handled by MailBoxes ECT.
Delivery times are estimated between 7 and 10 working days.

Shipments to Europe*

Shipments to Europe are handled by MailBoxes ECT.
Delivery times are estimated at between 5 and 10 working days.
*We ship to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, England, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary.
