Hand-decorated ceramic plates in Melograno style.
The decoration Melograno (Pomegranate ) was born in the 1920s in the Faenza shops; alongside decorative motifs from the Mediterranean tradition to elements of Art Deco and brushstrokes of pure gold.
The dominant color is blue and presents pomegranates surrounded by leaves, hedgehogs and flowers. Sometimes animals, birds and peacocks are depicted, recurring figures from the Liberty period.
