Plate ø 31 cm with astorre

Artistic ceramic plate decorated by hand in Persian Palmette and with two birds “astorre” with intertwined necks.

Astorre is a typical bird of the ceramic tradition of Faenza, easily recognizable because of its long neck.

This plate is an appreciated wedding or anniversary gift: the intertwining of animals, in fact, represent the flow of divine energy, continuity and life; moreover, the intertwining of the hills and the union of the beaks recalls the shape of the heart.

Plate size: 31 cm in diameter, 3.5 cm in height.

The plate is designed for wall mounting.
